So its Thursday, which happens to be the only day I get off early during the week. So today has been pretty boring. I have yet to have my usual conversation with Mary Jane so therefore my day has already been somewhat of a bore.
But anyways what I wanted to talk about (as if anyone really reads this blog. This is mostly for my own benefit) is the simple fact that people are so annoying. I work at Jimmy Johns, for those of you who do not know what that is its a sub shop.. NO not like subway. But anyways I have to deal with people on a day to day and I'm personally not a people person I'm more of a homebody type of person if you could say. I do not like to talk much in environments that make me feel awkward and that I'm uncomfortable with, especially with people I do not know. Now do not get me wrong I'm not socially retarded I just do not necessarily care to talk and meet new people.
To the point at my work many people ask " Excuse me, Do you have any napkins?" as we proceed to say "Yea, they are right at the end of the pick up area." The costumer then starts to walk over that way and you would think once the say the GIANT pick up here sign they would stop. BUT NOOOOOO they continue to walk past the soda machine towards the back door with a confused look on their face every single one of us witness this so someone has to point to where the napkins are. this happens at least 20 times a day if not more.
Or when people pick up their sandwiches and say "Oh and I got chips too" well shit dude are chips are displayed in front underneath the cash registers and you see them right when you walk into the store!
I dunno its not really a big deal but I cant stand working in the food business smdh lmao this blog was pointless and just something for me to waste time hahaha (:
